When: November 1st - 4th, 2012

At what times: non-stop 24-hours a day from 8pm Thursday evening through 6pm Sunday afternoon

Panels run: 9am through 3am

Price:
3-Day (Weekend) Pass: $60
Friday Only Pass: $30
Saturday Only Pass: $40
Sunday Only Pass: $20

Gass cost from OCC:
Which mean it will cost: $2-2.5 per person for each ROUND TRIP if we take me and steve's car.

Payment types:
At the door: Cash
For Online Registration: all major credit cards are accepted, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club, This does NOT INCLUDE PayPal.

What will be running 24 hours:
video gaming room
tabletop gaming room
video/audio track (anime music videos) room
the video screening rooms

Volunteering:
You must be at least 18 years old as of the first day of the convention.
You must be a registered paid attendee of the convention.
You completed 16 hours of work or more will receive a refund of the purchase price of their convention badge. Refunds will equal the amount the volunteer paid at the time of registration.
Refunds are handed out on Sunday afternoon in the Volunteering Ops room
Only volunteers who have signed-up before the convention via the volunteer sign-up form are eligible to use the crash rooms.
Volunteers must work a daily minimum amount of hours to gain access to volunteer rooms.
Volunteer crash rooms are only available until check out on Sunday morning
Staff members will be checking on volunteers during their shifts. If you are not found at your post you will receive a hole-punch on your badge.
On the third hole-punch you will lose both your convention badge and your volunteering badge.

"Scholastic Annual Video game / Anime Name that Tune," or SAVANT, will premier at Youmacon 2012, where three representatives from any college, trade school, or university may register to compete in anime and video game music knowledge for the colossal SAVANT Trophy - the symbol of Inter-Collegiate Otaku Supremacy

We Will be having 1 yaoi round, 1 yuri round and a classic round, it all depends on the who wants to participate in the contest.
THE RULES
Entries must be from a manga, anime or video game.
You may enter more than one costume.
Contestants must be comfortable roleplaying as their characters with one another.
Remember that this is an event for fun, and that your character will be going on the dating game, not yourself. Please remember that this is not intended to be a "real" dating game, but something fun for both the contestants and the audience.

Youmacon's own official/unofficial game show. The game is simple, hold up the weirdest objects you can over your head and you will be called to the front of the audience.
