If you have a complaint, tell an officer!
If there is no officer present at a gaming event, tell an officer at earliest convenience.
Officers must listen and, if needed talk to senior officer, or bring it up in open meeting!
Officers must have a way to get to sign in sheets and must give to a senior officer for documentation.
